Our Cocktail Masterclasses are a fun and sociable way to learn the art of making incredible cocktails whilst Cinnamon Kitchen’s brand new food and wine experiences are perfect for those interested in the art of the sommelier as well as cookery.
Beginning with a cocktail and canapes, guests start their experience at with an introduction to modern Indian cuisine and the food philosophy at Cinnamon restaurants by the host chef, followed by a spice talk outlining the uses and benefits of spices commonly used in Indian cooking, and a tour of the kitchen.
Our Interactive Food and Wine Experiences feature a cookery demonstration at the tandoor grill with some involvement by the participants if they wish, followed by a wine presentation and tasting, and an opportunity to ask questions and purchase our cookbooks.
A three-course dinner, showcasing the dishes cooked, with paired wines, finishes the day perfectly.
