Our Kebabs, Biryanis & BBQ Masterclass teaches participants how to make kebabs using both a traditional charcoal tandoor oven and also equipment available at home. Learn the secrets of making a perfect biryani from Hari Nagaraj, who not only comes from Hyderabad, the biryani capital of India but also makes the best Biryani Vivek has ever eaten. The kebabs explore the intricate art of butchery as well as spicing to create and array of different textures and flavours. A three-course lunch, showcasing some of the dishes explored in the class and with paired wines, finishes the day perfectly.
The day starts around 09:30 am with a light breakfast, tea and coffee and an interactive talk from our chefs about Indian cooking and the many different spices. Then the group moves into the kitchen and begins cooking some of the signature dishes of Cinnamon Collection, along with the theme of the masterclass. You are invited to sit at our tandoor grill and enjoy the dishes that you have cooked, along with wine and water.
The day usually wraps up at around 15:00 pm and on leaving, you are presented with a signed copy of one of our cookbooks.
The cancellation policy is 15 working days prior to the event for a full refund, or we can try and accommodate you in another class. Please note, if you cancel within this time, we will retain the full cost, and your voucher will no longer be valid.
