Just in time for Mother’s day, we invite you join us for a special masterclass where our illustrious master chefs bring to you some of their favourite dishes and in nod acknowledging the massive influence their mothers’ cooking has had on their lives. From Bengali vegetable cakes with mustard ketchup, through to Chingri Malai Curry, pumpkin chutney and Carrot Halwa, the menu is packed full of personal favourites.

The day starts around 09:30 am with a light breakfast, tea and coffee and an interactive talk from our chefs about Indian cooking and the many different spices. Then the group moves into the kitchen and begins cooking some of the signature dishes of Cinnamon Collection, along with the theme of the masterclass, You are invited to sit at our tandoor grill and enjoy the dishes that you have cooked, along with wine and water.
The day usually wraps up at around 15:00 pm and on leaving, you are presented with a signed copy of one of our cookbooks.
The cancellation policy is 15 working days prior to the event for a full refund, or we can try and accommodate you in another class. Please note, if you cancel within this time, we will retain the full cost, and your voucher will no longer be valid.
