This Masterclass as the topic suggests will be an introduction to the Modern Indian cuisine.
Learn from the pioneers of Modern Indian cuisine , the unique combination of new and old traditional cooking., use of the best of two worlds, the best of locally sourced seasonal ingredients and apply the traditional cooking techniques using quality Indian spices. This master class will introduce you the classics of Cinnamon Collection cuisine dishes like Seared Duck breast with sesame tamarind , Chargrilled rump of lamb with Chettinad sauce, Grilled Asparagus with Kadhai spices and Shrikand Cheesecake with tamarind glazed strawberries.

The day starts around 09:30 am with a light breakfast, tea and coffee and an interactive talk from our chefs about Indian cooking and the many different spices. Then the group moves into the kitchen and begins cooking some of the signature dishes of Cinnamon Collection, along with the theme of the masterclass, You are invited to sit at our tandoor grill and enjoy the dishes that you have cooked, along with wine and water.
The day usually wraps up at around 15:00 pm and on leaving, you are presented with a signed copy of one of our cookbooks.
The cancellation policy is 15 working days prior to the event for a full refund, or we can try and accommodate you in another class. Please note, if you cancel within this time, we will retain the full cost, and your voucher will no longer be valid.
