Just in time for Veganuary, Vivek has designed a beautifully balanced, plant-based tasting menu, packed full of flavour and spice, and delivered directly to your door. The generous vegan feast includes Mysore Rassam, South Indian spiced lentil, tomato and pepper soup; and Bhel Papdi Chaat with puffed rice, crisp wheat, tamarind, garlic chilli and green chutneys. Warming mains are grilled aubergine with sesame tamarind crumble; chargrilled cauliflower with spinach nutmeg sauce, curry leaf lime crumble; vegan Chola dal; and Keralan sunshine rice flavoured with turmeric, lemon, mustard and curry leaves. Dessert is certainly not an afterthought, with a chilled coconut kheer, chargrilled pineapple, stem ginger, quinoa crumble.

We import all our spices directly from approved growers across India. Our food suppliers have given assurances that none of our ingredients is genetically modified. Fish may contain small bones. Game dishes may contain shot.
