Cinnamon Kitchen’s Festival Feasts Masterclass provides participants with a unique behind the scenes view of what cooking and presenting food for various Indian festivals entails. Using a wide variety of ingredients with different tastes, colours, textures and flavours, the food is presented in thalis (metallic plates with small bowls arranged in a row inside) to provide participants with authentic festival vibes.
