Whether you’re an enthusiastic beginner or a confident cook, this is a unique opportunity to learn and observe the secrets behind one of the most well-respected Indian chefs in the country.

Recommended arrival time for all masterclasses is between 9 – 9:30 am.
You will enjoy an exclusive wine-tasting session with our wine expert, followed by a spice talk and an interactive cookery demonstration at our Tandoor bar & grill. The evening will then be rounded off with a lovely three course meal with paired wines, finishing at approximately 9pm. Did the demonstrations and food leave you craving for more? You will have the opportunity to buy one of Vivek Singh’s cookery books at Cinnamon Kitchen to experiment with modern Indian dishes at home.

The day starts around 09:30 am with a light breakfast, tea and coffee and an interactive talk from our chefs about Indian cooking and the many different spices. Then the group moves into the kitchen and begins cooking some of the signature dishes of Cinnamon Collection, along with the theme of the masterclass, You are invited to sit at our tandoor grill and enjoy the dishes that you have cooked, along with wine and water.
The day usually wraps up at around 15:00 pm and on leaving, you are presented with a signed copy of one of our cookbooks.
The cancellation policy is 15 working days prior to the event for a full refund, or we can try and accommodate you in another class. Please note, if you cancel within this time, we will retain the full cost, and your voucher will no longer be valid.
