Whether you’re an enthusiastic beginner or a confident cook, this is a unique opportunity to learn and observe the secrets behind one of the most well-respected Indian chefs in the country.

On 21st March 2026, we celebrate a milestone … 25 years to the day since we first opened our doors. To mark this incredible occasion, Chef Vivek Singh himself will personally lead a very special one-off masterclass, taking you on a trip down memory lane as we bring back the iconic dishes from our very first menu.
This exclusive event is more than just a cooking class; it’s a celebration of our journey, our food, and our guests who have been part of the story. You’ll learn how to recreate the flavours that defined our beginnings, from the dishes that first graced our tables to the techniques that have become our signature.
The hands-on masterclass concludes with a nostalgic feast, paired with carefully selected wines. And to take the experience home, you’ll also receive a goodie bag featuring a signed cookbook, anniversary keepsakes, and recipes to relive the magic in your own kitchen.
The day begins at 11:30am with a light breakfast, tea and coffee, followed by an interactive talk from Chef Vivek Singh and our chefs on Indian cooking and the many different spices.
Then it’s into the kitchen, where you’ll cook a selection of signature Cinnamon dishes, alongside those from our very first menu.
You’ll be invited to sit at our tandoor grill and enjoy the dishes you have cooked, accompanied by wine and water.
This intimate masterclass is limited to just 12 people, making it a truly special one-off experience.
But the day doesn’t end there: at 2:30pm, we invite you to welcome friends and loved ones to a celebratory birthday supper club. They’ll join you for a late lunch where they can taste the food you’ve prepared in our kitchens. Friends’ places can be booked separately via [insert booking link].
